Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Emily's Avenue. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!

Returns

All eligible returns will be issued store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered. Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you must first return the original item. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue store credit for the item, which can then be used to purchase the correct size.

We are unable to place items on hold while waiting for returns to arrive.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at shopemilysavenue@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you'd like to return.

Please Note:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 

All sale items and accessories are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt, and damages must be reported before wearing the garment.
